(1) The dye is first mixed with hot soft water and then dissolved. Some dyes should be mixed with some wetting agents to form a slurry, and then dissolved in hot water. When using, filter the dissolved dye and add it to the dyeing tank.
(2) Before dyeing, place the fabric in a dyeing vat and heat it twice with hot water (excluding dye) at around 80 ℃, which is called insulation.
(3) When dyeing, add 3/5 of the total amount of dye first, dye one coat at the specified dyeing temperature, then add the remaining 2/5 of the dye, and add salt at the end of the third and fourth coats. Salt should not contain calcium or magnesium salts to avoid affecting the brightness of color light.
(4) After dyeing, wash with water at a moderate flow rate. After dyeing, the fabric should be dried in a timely manner, and the temperature of the drying cylinder should be low first and then high, so that the fabric after color fixation has less impact.
